5L of Cotton Clouds Lager in a Mini Keg, for a lovely fresh pint.
At 4% ABV this is a great craft lager to be enjoyed by everyone. Very light and refreshing with subtle hoppy flavours coming through. We carefully balance small amounts of Chinook, Citra, Admiral and Cascade to make a well-rounded beer with a very satisfying, clean crisp finish.
For the best fresh pint we recommend consuming keg bags within 48 hours of opening. After this the level of carbonation will steadily decline but the beer will still be fine for up to 7 days.
Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Their aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica's winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese - assisted by Boutinot's Tony Brown MW. They source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom they have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Veneto. The grapes were hand harvested during the first 2 weeks of September. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled young after a period of 3 to 6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
A fresh dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with orchard fruit and lightly honeyed notes, balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish. A highly versatile dry white, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany foods such as seafood, grilled fish, salads and cold white meats.
An elegant, easy drinking wine. This vibrant Chardonnay exhibits lifted fruit character, textural mouth-feel, a bright palate and a long and foodie finish.
Quintessentially Australian, this range offers consistent quality, hugely appealing, commercial wine styles that have gained a loyal following. Reflecting Boutinot's skill and experience in seeking out the very best of regional Australia, this wine captures ideal climatic conditions and pure varietal definition.

Australian house wines with true style and character.
In The Winery
Grapes were picked earlier than usual for this area to ensure balance and freshness in the final wine. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel retains the fresh fruit character of this un-oaked wine.
Full-flavoured fish such as trout or halibut or chicken in a light creamy sauce.
Hacienda López de Haro Blanco is a white wine from La Rioja produced by Bodega Classica. This wine is a varietal Viura.
The grapes come from old vines planted in poor soils on a hillside near San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the region of La Rioja.
Harvesting is done after selecting the grapes from the vineyards with optimum quality. Hacienda López de Haro Blanco undergoes a controlled maceration with its skins for about 4 or six hours. It then fermented in French oak barrels for three months.
Bodega Classica is strategically designed. Situated atop a hill, the air conditioning is natural and most of the cellar is underground.
Deposits have big mouths to mimic traditional production in open lakes. Bodega Classica uses 5,000 barrels, mostly French oak
Fruity, light, crisp and nice and refreshing. Zesty citrus and white-stone fruit on the palate with a lingering refreshing finish, this is a delightfully expressive Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
